    * The Sight Center provides benefits for eligible Regular Full-Time and Part-Time 30 status employees. In some cases, employees designated as part-time, contingent or temporary may be eligible for certain benefit programs. Some benefit programs require contributions from the employee, while some are fully paid by The Sight Center.
