Open Positions

OFFICE MANAGER – The Sight Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support agency leadership. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, managing office administration, supporting internal communications, and assisting with event coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
