Discover “Art Through Our Eyes,” a February exhibit celebrating artists with low-vision. View stunning works and hear each artist’s story through accessible features in the gallery.

February marks Low Vision Awareness Month, a time to celebrate and support people who are blind or visually impaired. In honor of this, the library art gallery is proud to partner with the Sight Center of Northwest Ohio, an organization that has provided vital services to those with vision loss for over a century. Together, we present “Art Through Our Eyes: A Low Vision Perspective,” an exhibition that showcases the creativity and resilience of artists with low vision. The exhibit features remarkable artwork created by people with low vision who use their talents to express their unique perspectives through visual art. Each piece tells a story of perseverance, technique, and passion.

Featured artists include:

  • Jeannine Dailey (1961-2021)
  • Deonte Munn
  • Mike Sager
  • Rick Fravor
  • Dave Wisniewski
  • Kathy Villa Hanneman

This exhibit will be on display through March 29th.
